The GTR107 is a large-frame turbo intended for big cubic inch, high power builds where airflow is the primary requirement.

I recommend it for:

• LS engines with 4.125" stroke and larger

• Small block Ford engines 400 cubic inches and up

• Methanol-fueled combinations and other high fuel volume setups

• Builds that are already capable of supporting very high boost and high RPM

This turbo is used when smaller units become a restriction and the goal is consistent, stable top-end airflow without excessive heat or backpressure.

It provides a wide operating range and maintains efficiency at high shaft speeds, which helps keep the tune stable and parts alive in high-power applications.

The GTR107 is not intended for small displacement or mild street builds. It is intended for engines with enough airflow demand to justify its size and enough supporting hardware to run it properly.
